The chicken 65 is consistently great every time I make it. A reliable crowd-pleaser that impresses guests and satisfies cravings equally well.
I grew up eating chicken 65 at small eateries in Chennai and this pack nails the flavour. Crispy, tangy, and wonderfully spiced.
Made chicken 65 for a party starter and the platter was empty in ten minutes. The batter is light, the spices are authentic, and the result is addictive.
The chicken 65 turns out perfectly crispy and spiced every time. The tanginess from the yogurt marinade and the heat from the chilli are well-balanced.
This is the best home version of chicken 65 I have ever made. The pack takes away all the guesswork and delivers that classic South Indian snack perfectly.
The chicken 65 also works brilliantly with paneer and cauliflower. I made a mixed platter and every piece had the same incredible flavour.
